Rachel David is a fitness professional who has been training under her father/coach since the age of 14 and has over 17 years of experience. She started training in karate at the age of 8 and holds a black belt in the discipline.
Rachel’s fitness qualifications include a diploma in sports nutrition. She has a wide range of expertise in the fitness industry, including strength and conditioning, yoga and meditation, HIIT, kids’ fitness programs (for ages 5-15 years), and the basics of self-defense.
Rachel has worked as a former Cult instructor and brings her passion for fitness to everything with a unique ability to inspire and motivate her clients to achieve their fitness goals.
